Collection
System
The Collection System is a very simple program to track patients accounts. This program
allows you to send letters to each patient notifying each patient of the amount owed for
services rendered. The statements can be sent to patients at 30,60,and 90 days and then
finally notifying them to send to collection agency because of delinquent accounts. This
program organizes and keeps track of each patients account and will also print summary
reports. It can also be customized for your use. Prescription System
This software provides a computerized method of preparing patient prescriptions. The
system has the flexibility to enter and store multiple prescriptions for history.
Medications and their interactions can be added at any time. Whenever a drug is
prescribed, the program will alert the user of possible interaction(s) for the prescribed
drug. A variety of reports can also be printed with this system. They include
prescription, medication, and physician reports in addition to comprehensive reports of
patient information.
Progress Notes
This software provides a form that will allow you to record vital information needed in
every specialty. Log information pertaining to the patient's main reason for the visit,
brief history of the illness, results from a physical exam, organicity indicators, check
from a variety of signs & symptoms when positives result. There are areas for
psychiatric exam results, as well as DSM IV diagnosis for Axis I-V and a decision-making
recording of planned treatment and/or medications prescribed.
Suicide Risk Assessment
The Suicide Risk Assessment will cover areas of ideation, history of suicide attempts,
diagnostic status, circumstances, and patient's coping capacity. The software allows you
to navigate through a listing of patient's records, and add or delete patient records. The
"Preview" button will show you how the suicide risk report will appear when
printed. The report may be printed from either the main menu, or by clicking on the print
button at the top of the screen.
